Neato+ROS: Now With SLAM!

Here we go: I've got the Navigation stack working on a Neato XV-11

  2. Cyclone, thanks for the comments! Should have plenty more cool stuff next week as the semester is wrapping up. I'm currently trying to improve our models for the beam likelihood, which should vastly improve our map generation.
